Manufacturing Engineer You will be an experienced Manufacturing/Production Engineer with experience working within Mechanical or Electro/Mechanical production looking to join a leading Hampshire based company experiencing positive growth and exceptional sales. Your role as Manufacturing Engineer will be support the production lines to maximise volume and capacity within manufacturing for the lowest cost while maximising quality. Your role will include the design, planning, installation and commissioning of manufacturing solutions and processes for new and existing products this will include the improvement of existing operations and employing new methods including the deployment of Lean manufacturing techniques. You will be familiar with the planning, installation, purchasing and commissioning of jigs, fixtures and tooling related to the production process and be able to provide technical support and manage process changes within this field. You will create all documentation in relation to your work and support ISO quality standards. Ideally you will be degree/HND/HNC (or similar) qualified in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering with a proven track record with Manufacturing or Production engineering. We will consider applicants from Non Degree/HNC/HND qualified Engineers.
