Software Engineer Team Leader This is a new opportunity for a software engineer / team leader to join a successful electronics company in Hampshire. The role will involve a mix of hands on development, project management and planning, also you will take some responsibility for career development and leading the team (4-7 software engineers). Furthermore you will be involved with working alongside project managers, architects and clients to agree tasks, time-lines, trade-offs and task distribution as part of the project plan. The role and its responsibilities will vary according to projects and work load but typically will involve equal shares of hands on software development and management. You will be degree or equivalent qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. computer science, software engineering, electronics), Knowledge of Python, C and or C++ and able to develop software for Linux and / or Windows platforms will be required.
