Production Engineer An experience Production Engineer is required for a leading manufacturing business based in Lymington, Hampshire, you will be supporting the development and implementation of continuous improvements across the manufacturing operations. You will lead productions projects ensuring that all processes operate correctly and within standards this will include training operators in the use of new and existing equipment. You will support New Product Introduction and maximise production potential on site by making recommendations for improvement. You will have a proven track record within a production environment ideally with medium volume manufacturing experience, experience with Electro Mechanical products would be an advantage. Ideally you will hold a minimum of a HNC/HND in Engineering or Production and have experience of working within Lean Manufacturing. The company is offering an attractive salary circa £35,000 plus other benefits in line with a leading manufacturing business.
