Test Development Software Engineer Your role as a Software Test Development Engineer will be to carry out independent design verification related to Software used in a range of complex products designed for the Hi Tech Electronics and IT Sector. The role is paying up to £32,000 plus benefits and it is based in Havant, you will have experience working with C/C++ Software either in coding, test or development. You will be looking at the integration of systems that use C coding carrying out de-bugging and integration tests on the electro-mechanical, electro products. You will be able to highlight errors or areas of weakness in the Software and be able to suggest recommendation and improvements. You will define and execute software tests and support the development of complex software based test solutions. You will have a strong background in C, and ideally have an awareness or experience in programming, integration, development or testing ideally this will be in both embedded and windows based applications. C++ or C# would also be an advantage as would experience within instrumentation or the capital equipment market. You will have a inquisitive and driven approach to Testing, be degree educated and bee keen to develop you software testing skills within a company working to Agile development processes.
