Software Engineer (C/C++) As a Software Engineer (C/C++) you will be looking to join a successful product development team involved in developing complex capital equipment used in the Hi-Tech industry sector. Your role will initially be to support project and development teams with the resolution of any current software (C/C++) issues within existing products, the role will move into a Software Development role once current products have been successfully launched. The company is paying up to £31000 for role and this Software Engineering role is based in Havant Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation of complete systems and be able to demonstrate who software interacts with it, you must have C/C++ experience in writing and debugging ideally with some development experience. Experience in an embedded development is essential along with an understanding of Electronics, the ability to write simple programs in assembler would be an advantage. You will be degree educated with C/C++ experience in an embedded development environment; the experience of supporting products in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage. This Software Engineering role is paying up to £31,000 plus additional benefits including pension, flexi time, excellent on site facilities and healthcare.
